Since we adopted our new pup, Polar, I'm really starting to become an "activist" for the breed. KOA and I helped with a rescue transport yesterday. We helped save the lives of two pit bulls. They were adorable!!! I can't believe that someone just dumped them like they did! They are both in very happy homes now and will be cared for like they should be. While doing the transport I heard that a nearby shelter has a few more pit bull pups that probably won't make it out of there alive unless they find homes real quick! If anyone is interested in adopting a dog, send me a email. I know that I can find the people to help arrange a transport!
This poor guy was dropped off by it's owner because they "couldn't handle him anymore". The people at the shelter said it looks as if someone cropped his ears by hand with a pair of scissors!
he looks so scared!
And this is just one of about three blue pups! What a cutie pie!
I hope they find a home soon!

She was treated for bordatella and worms at the shelter, so hopefully that stuff isn't part of the issue.
She weighs 21.1 pounds.
I haven't forgotten Stacey, but need to wait til Friday (the vet visit was a little more than I thought due to the antibiotics)
Everyone at the store was impressed and in love. I can't blame them!
Hopefully she'll be feeling better soon and we'll be able to post pictures that don't have her covered in green snot!
Thanks again!
