You know that's a funny question. I have no particular expectations when becoming someone's friend. Other than taking it seriously, that is, you know, chatting, reading about everyone in my list's lives and commenting on it.
I just see it as trying to get to know them better than just the good old 'nice rack, mamma!!' crap which I'm sure they hear quite often. Some will want, some will not.

On the contrary, i find it frustrating that sometimes people even tell you that you are "too good for the job" and that they're looking for someone with a little lower profile or just plain less prepared,it's like "What the... I thought the purpose of a job opening was to find the best candidates"
