I grew up with Patti Smith, Joan Jett, Pat Benatar, Debbie Harry, Chrissie Hynde, Siouxsie, Marianne Faithful ... hence, a discography on how to kick ass.
I was on iTunes today looking at the top selling female pop stars now and they include Pussycat Dolls, Paris Hilton, Danity Kane ... I could go on but then it will just sound like "In my day, we didn't have shoes to wear and we called it punk...", so I'll stop here.
Thank gawd, Madonna is still around. Now that I know how to kick ass, I need a discography on Botox and befriending the Versaces.

And yeah...on the rare occasion I turn the radio on, I have absolutely no idea who the artists are. I actually have uttered the words "Kids these days and their music.".
