Short story: I made some shit and I’m selling some shit.
Long story: I’ve painted these vaginas and they have been hanging in my living room for inspiration. They’re artist proofs so to speak and they’ve given me lots of inspiration. At the time that I made these, I really wanted to achieve two things: making vaginas in a modern art spin and representing different bushes. Women are often judged by..well, everything. It’s very interesting to me how we’ve been judged by how we choose to manicure our pubic hair - should we choose to maintain it at all. These are meant to be a statement - and the mini series is called Modern Women.
I’m ready, willing and able to part with these and I’d love for one of you or a few of you to own them. I hope they bring you joy and spark thought provoking conversations - as they have done so in my home.
