Okay so... Whats the next big purchase you are saving for?
Not sure if this counts as a ‘big purchase’ but I am currently saving to renovate a small unit in my backyard.
I think it’s safe to say that it doesn’t matter where you live in the world- construction and renovating costs big 💲💲💲
At the moment it’s very small and used as a studio for work, but I’m looking at turning it into a double story two bedroom unit. LUCKILY we already have plumbing and a separate electrical board running through it which means (hopefully) it won’t cost too much.
What’s everyone else saving up for??
Oh and if you have any renovating/construction advice let me know!

@_kettle ughhh that’s so annoying! Also sounds so typical of tradies... I’ll save extra and add extra time in the schedule for it too hahaha greatttttt

Definitely add in some extra days worth of delays, especially if you're waiting for orders/parts to arrive. That's where the most of our break downs came from
