I was dying to go to that show, but yet again my luck ran out... Surprise surprise....

i've been ok. i'm pretty psyched that school's almost over. i just have finals next week and i'm done. good times.
(maynard was nowhere to be found at the show. he has his own tour bus and dressing room- he doesn't even really talk to the band anymore. i've met him before and he was fun and very, very weird but what else is to be expected. the next time i saw him, however, he grabbed a bottle of vodka from the green room and went to his dressing room. whatev.)

I always hold true to the asian saying, "May you live in uninteresting times." Boring is usually safe, at least.

...and thus the cycle is completed. Lifes a bitch, no?

and to echo Chino's comment; yeah, where's your boy??? He ain't doin too good a job if boredem is the main platter of everyday existence.

I'm glad things are going well with Aaron... And just think, even though you cant see him while your at school it'll just make the time you do have together all the sweeter.

This is where it pays to be belligerent (lol). I wrote an entry about how I felt sillier and sillier about keeping a journal. I wondered, "was I looking for supplementary affection or simply pandering for attention?."

Then there is the ever present fact that i'm not a hot young girl with a cute face and kick ass body so even if I had something interesting to say, who would really care?

But a comment from "Tiffany" put things in perspective - it was something to the effect of "do it because you feel like doing it and if it feels silly don't."........she put it way more eloquently.
Conversely, you shouldn't avoid doing it out of trepidation. Your response to my question is proof that on some level you do want to use your own words. So go ahead.

But, keep the lyrics coming. The irony is that quoting a song, a writer et al. can be way more revealing than using our own words.
