Wedding Stuff!
Well, we won't have our actual photos back for a little while because they are still being touched up and formatted into our album.... but I have a few fun links further down the page.
Anyhow.... Stephen and I got married on March 21, 2009 - the first day of spring. It was a horribly ironic day and theme for the wedding because anyone who knows me KNOWS that I'm a dark pessimistic person, but I was determined to have a happy, sunny, joyful wedding.
Stephen made a pretty kickass wedding website: marcyandstephen.com
I got a friggin gorgeous Alvina Valenta dress and had the ceremony at the church my parents got married in back in '77. We had the reception and a stuffy, gorgeous country club and spent a shit-ton of money on the craziest and most beautiful day of my life.
We had an amazing videographer who documented the whole day. He made a trailer and posted it online. I cannot WAIT to see the whole thing. Here is it: VIDEO TRAILER
We also had one of the most talented photographers I know, Jason Cannon, do the photography. He did an amazing job capturing our goofiness and getting a lot of good snaps of Stephen's kids, who were our dual-ring bearers. Here's the slideshow preview of our photographs: WEDDING PHOTO SLIDESHOW
Enjoy!!! I'll post more about the honeymoon a bit later. It was effing FABULOUS!!!!
