Hi SG! ^.^
So this weeks blog homework from @charmaine @missy @lyxzen is "Whats the geekiest thing about you?" I feel as though this blog could turn into a 100 page book so I'll try to focus on some of my favorite , geekiest things that I do rather than listing off everything I'm into because that would take days lol. I'm sure those who follow me know that I'm not exaggerating when I say that.
So lets begin...
Firstly, I'm an artist by trade. I have a degree in art and I just love painting and drawing. In a previous blog "Whats your new years resolution", I said I was gonna start drawing again and I have...just haven't finished anything yet >.< But when I do I WILL post them, don't worry. I enjoy painting nerdy things.....like Marvel characters haha
I also have this thing where I draw on random objects....like eggs. Eggs are my favorite because you really can make them come to life lol. I know I know...I'm weird.....
I'm obsessed with Comics, Star Wars, Doctor Who, LoTR, Anime....anything Sci-fi or fantsay really. I also love playing Magic the Gathering and Munchkins...as well as table top Warhammer Fantasy. (My hubby is usually my game partner lol) I also have a horrible addiction to the Funko Pop! dolls.....I can't go anywhere without buying some. I have over 200 of them now >.<
Oh! and we can't forget my obsession with Video games. Lately I've been playing the new Call of Duty :Advanced Warfare and Rift....but I play just about everything. I have the Xbox One, PS4 and my PC :) But you guys know that already haha!
And then of course, theres just me. My dweeb, nerdy self. I know I'm quirky and I've embraced that fact about myself :) I love wearing my nerdy shirts (with anime, cartoons etc on them) and making dumb faces because it's who I am! haha
So...I suppose that's it.
Nerds are allowed to love stuff, like jump-up-and-down-in-the-chair-can’t-control-yourself love it. When people call people nerds, mostly what they’re saying is ‘you like stuff.’ Which is just not a good insult at all. Like, ‘you are too enthusiastic about the miracle of human consciousness
