Hey SG!!
Well it seems as though I haven't been around much at all lately!! I've been on here or there, but haven't really been able to write a blog or post anywhere.....been super busy!
I did have plans on posting a video last week but I didn't realize how hectic it was going to be right before my wedding. That's right!!! You're talking a married woman now!! ^.^ I got married on the Day of the Dead...since it's my hubby's heritage, but also my heritage is All Saints Day...essentially the same thing and it's the same day :)
Are you guys ready for some photo flooding?! lol
We got married in "Lamb of God" church....which I find ironic because Metal is our favorite music lol. So it kind of worked out haha. Neither one of us are religious...however my family is....so we did this to make everyone happy >.<
We kept the vows traditional...originally we were going to write our own but we were both too nervous (i even cried during mine and then he shed a tear! ) so we just kept it as easy as possible. I also almost passed out...I had to start wiggling my legs to keep from toppling over lol.
Screw keeping everything traditional!!! We had to keep part of ourselves in our attire...so I wore my favorite boots and he wore his vans. Yup....we're nerds lol.
Oh...did I mention that my hubs is @bixton 's brother? Haha. So we are now officially family. I say "officially" because we've always been close...since I've been in the family for awhile now...however now it's official. I gained a new baby sister ;) She has always been super supportive of us. Love ya girl!
And whats' a Day of the Dead wedding with a Day of the Dead cake?!! PS: I did the skulls on the cake myself....pretty nifty huh? :)
First dance was to a song from the soundtrack of FullMetal Alchemist....it's called Kyodai. If you haven't heard it...it's beautiful. Plus it's one of our favorite animes so of course we had to use it. Oh...did I mention we also entered in to the Imperial March....hell yes!
Cutting the cake was fun.....
Until he loaded his mouth with cake and then smushed it on my face using his tongue!! EWW!! lol
Well...that's about it for now ^.^
I'll post a "What's Happening in SG" video very soon to get you guys all caught up on what's going on around here. Sadly...holidays are coming up and I work retail...which means less time at home and more time at work....BLAH!!!
Oh!! I also plan on writing game reviews weekly and maybe comic releases or pop releases?! Which do you guys want to see?!
