I had to use google to know what Effexor is, but... Hell, did your doctor tell you to take such a sh*t?? It was my case some years ago, and really, it wasn't a good idea at all... As you are telling it, taking this type of medicine is zombification - and even could be worst than the illness...

Of course I don't know what are your problems and why you are taking this, but you could try some "bonne fame" tips If it doesn't work, at last it won't make a zombie from such a nice girl...

- As often as you feel like doing it, mix warm water with sugar and a fresh lemon juice; it will take care of your form (I hope I used the right word... Unless hope it will make you smile )

- You could also try aromatherapy; for example, try to put some drops of bergamot, camomile, lavender or orange oils in your bath, or some on a kleenex and breathe from it as often as you want ; it can seem naive, but frankly, you can't figure out how sense of smell can be powerful, whereas you don't feel it

I had some other things to do to help in the worst periods; I'll tell you as soon as I think and remember!!
