I feel like I'm never active on this website - even though my life is constantly changing.
I'm in the process of stretching my ears to at least 1", I reached my original goal of a 00 Gauge - and decided that it just wasn't big enough for me - I guess it's true what they say, if you're going to do it, you might as well go big. It's funny, since I've started stretching - I've realized how common stretched lobes actually are. However, I don't see that many girls with larger stretched piercings, and maybe I'm just stubborn but I refuse to go to a piercer to have them punch the holes through. Nothing against people who do - it's kind of whatever works for you - but I'm a DIY girl.
Currently, I'm looking for a good piercer in Columbus, and a great Tattooist in Nebraska. Why Nebraska you ask? My fiancee got an undeniably amazing offer for a job in BFE (bum-feckin' Egypt, or middle of nowhere) Nebraska, that neither of us could pass up. So, I'm in the prospects of transferring, AGAIN. However, I've decided to follow the path of becoming heavily tattooed and pierced, like I always dreamed of growing up. I'm desperate to do a tree piece on my arm - or rib cage (which I know, OUCH). My real name means "from out of the ash tree, there comes a grand circle" - so I want to get an ash tree done with the roots intertwining to form a circle. I also want to get a Hayao Miyazaki themed piece - "My neighbor totoro", "Spirited Away" etc. So, if you have any reccomendations - let me know!
Let's see, I'm not looking forward to packing to move to Nebraska - but the school system looks good, and from what I can tell, I'll be moving to one of those places where people stare at you if you have more than your earlobes pierced - god forbid if you have tattoos. If there is anyone out there from Nebraska - I would definitely appreciate it.
Also, I want to do another photo shoot/set - but I haven't come across anyone that really understands the style that SG stresses, angles, bright or natural light, etc. If you're interested in doing a shoot with me, and actually have a portfolio and aren't CREEPY - let me know!
Also, there's some great hopefuls out there who would make absolutely fantastic SGs - if you give them a chance, so vote for my girls - they're awesome!
Lots of Love.
