SO other than just living my life - I have not a single WAIT - I do have something to say - I do not like mean people - there - I don't and you can't make me - That whole 'if you can't beat....join them' stuff - well I am just saying no!
For that lady at Cingular - being a stubborn bitch is really not what I call a 'fit' when you are in Customer Service - here is a hint - the job position requires talking, troubleshooting, reading, lite typing and/or computer knowlegde. It is a well known fact that if in this position - entry level or executive - YOU WILL GET PHONE CALL FROM CUSTOMERS THAT NEED ASSISTANCE, THEY WILL ASK YOU QUESTIONS and YOU WILL NEED TO ANSWER THEM AND/OR GUIDE THEM TO THE PERSON WITH THE ANSWERS - ****remember that you have the choice in accepting a job or to turn one done**** THIS PROCESS OF CUSTOMER/YOU BITCH! WILL HAPPEN FREQUENTLY AND REGULARLY THROUGH OUT THE TIME YOU ARE AT YOUR PAID JOB and DURING THE HOURS YOU AGREE TO WORK AS PROVIDE BY THE COMPANY. I would also like to think that when the position opening at Cingular Wireless came to your 'more then obvious' limited use and knowledge of elementary vocabulary thought tank, the words describing the position must have some how processed a smig.....sparking some light of interest....or even better yet, visually appeared similiar to words learned and/or reflected upon before. To think that a company of their size and standards not providing even the simplest of job descriptors - well whoever leaked the common sense,'prior use of mouth ears eyes is required - typing in of a question and reading a computer screen when answers related to question or catagerized in a troubleshoot database of Cingular's FAQ a must' and easily conducted 'as long as you are there with a pulse and/or do not fall alseep' want/need publication whether documented or verbal - should be at the very least reviewed. I know the 'well trained' human resource executive should be fired. Maybe even the training manager should be too or if a manuel outlining the entire scripted and 'not of your actual having to apply voluntary synapse stimulation' paid service procedure was given in place of human hands education ...please review it again or look to see if it is outdated or missing a page. Some manuels need to be updated on a regular basis but some how....some way...whether by accident or neglect by YOU BITCH or Cingular....the words providing the definitions describing the entire job tile - CUSTOMER SERVICE - got lost or went unnoticed - CUZ YOU BITCH DO NOT KNOW IT NOR DID YOU PROVIDE IT.
*hint - you said yes to the position - you had the choice whether you took the paid for time and efforts in which support the growth of the company. I am more that 99.99% positive they have provide the basic tools necessary for proper execution of this service, even some that are perks....padded chair...a headset.....fuckin' roof over you and AC to allievate nature's call.
DO ME a FaVOR - QUIT or Do THE SHIT you aRE PAID to DO - BITCH - provide customer service - doesn't even have to be of Quality standards - and stop deceiving yourself and me and the whole fucking world - when we hear a heavy sigh more then a few times and especially when it comes after we pause or stop talking, we have somehow 'bothered' you.
