Hey friends ~
It’s been a few weeks. Sorry about that! I did go to SakuraCon with a few friends on Easter weekend at the start of the month! It was so fun! In no particular order (although I’ll try to at least keep them by day) here are a bunch of photos from the weekend!
First day I was Kiki from Kiki’s Delivery Service!
2nd day I was Chihiro/Sin from Spirited Away!
and then on the last day I did Sophie Hatter from Howl’s Moving Castle ( if you’ve followed me for a while you’d know I’ve done Sophie many times before, but I did a different version this time)
I loved that I got to attend this con with the same friends again and we just got a hotel room and made it more immersive. I had a lot of fun and I’m used to going to 2-3 cons a year when I lived in GA cause there were so many big (and smol) cons in driveable distances from us. I feel like this will end up being my new “home & yearly” con for us since it’s the biggest anime con near me now.
still considering maybe Holmat this year or checking out Portland’s con in November!
