I was just in San Diego 2 weeks ago. Chula Vista actually... it was freezing!! We had a training camp at the Olympic Training Center.. w could see our breath! Ridiculous!

I have no expectation for Mondays.. its much better that way. On the bright side though you get some down time to just chill and got some pictures taken.. so it wasn't to much of a waste if you think of it that way. Plus if your friends are anything like me then Monday is a recovery day from the weekend.
