i totally, obsessively & pathetically love Oprah. I really do try to stay away from most of TV bullshit, but i love oprah, and im coming out.
I totally, obsessively, & pathetically love food.....all the food you HATE, i probably love it. i love the ugliest, stinkiest selections.
A friend and I enjoyed some vietnamese food the other day, really weird, but good; although its just a little hot here for seafood.
....so i get home and go visit my mom who just HAD to let me know about the recent wrecks on I-35 and Mopac. It was this young dude on a motorcycle, He was on the highest bridge over the highway, lost control and flew off the bike and over the bridge, missed the second bridge directly under him, then finally landing on one of those sideroad signs, breaking the sign. A girl, about 18 approached the man, slowely realizing, half of his body was missing, she called 911. It really weirded me out. And THEN she JUST HAD to tell me about something that happened in the 70's in houston, when she lived there. This lady threw herself off the top of this building, splattering her body at the entrance. Her DECAPITATED head rolled into the fucking lobby of the building!!! ahhhhh!!!!!
now......this shit DOESNT freak me out because it happens, or its bloody, or sad or blah blah
I just always try and imagine myself a pedestrian in these situations. Like, that person who is right there, next to these bodies....unknowning and BAM! dead body....your sunday dress splattered with this persons blood....a body part that has landed on you.
now, i have a question for y'all.....
ive heard that if you jump or fall from a high elevation, you die before you hit the ground because you have a heart attack, or pass out. is this true?

I heard about a truck crash this winter up in North Dakota - these guys lost control on a patch of ice and went over the side of a bridge right into the path of an oncoming train.
Talk about your double bad luck!
