So, now to the point. @MISSY and @RAMBO offered us to share with you something new to show and possibly teach. I am a psychologist by training and my teacher used to say: even if you do not work as a psychologist, you will need to know one simple relaxation technique in stressful situations. This technique is simple and very relevant in today's world. You are not required concentration and visualization, but only nadpolnit body with oxygen. Proved that during stressful situations burned a lot of oxygen and nerve cells no longer cope with the internal stress. To perform this technique, you need a few minutes to be alone, take a deep breath and raise your hands to the side and down, and then exhale. Exercises should be repeated up to ten times. The eyes should be closed and postorajtes focus on hands movements. If you are distracting noises and sounds, then repeat the exercise during the first three letters of the alphabet. For example, when you raise your hands up and takes a breath, call the letter "A", throwing hands in the side to side - "B", dropping your hands down and out - "C".This technique often helps me to relax and take a break before a difficult report, talk or cheer myself up after a hard week.
