I just got the relatively new workout program from BeachBody. It's another form of Insanity which I did years ago. In fact I love insanity, it helped me get into the best shape of my life, however it's a little boring for me now. And of course since then I've fallen now to the WORST I have ever been. I'm fat and out of shape and I want to change that. I'm hoping this helps!
Let me know if you want to workout along with me! I'm going to try and blog my use of this. Not every day blog but maybe a weekly one to keep myself motivated on it.

I've done Insanity, Focus T25 and just finished my second week of Max:30. I love it! And I'm seeing great results from it. And of course Shaun T is awesome motivation. Good luck! ☺ 💪
