My contribution to my family's Thanksgiving meal is stuffing for a side dish. I went way overboard and did stuffing three different ways! I haven't gotten the chance to try any of them but I'm excited. All three made with whole wheat bread. From left to right, there is a traditional stuffing, flavored with chicken stock, thyme, and rosemary. Then I have a stuffing with green bell peppers and smokey bacon flavor, with some crumbled thick-cut bacon on top. Lastly is my most experimental stuffing, a coconut milk infused stuffing spiced with ginger, garlic, basil, and cumin.
