***Quick Update***
While I'm in the process of deciding on a new tattoo, I decided to get some new metal
Here's the labret I just had done:
This one hurt a lot more than my Monroe. There I was, all relaxed and cool.....then The Todd over at The Velvet Grip on Santa Monica says "Ok...you'll feel a little pressure.."
...and proceeds to drive a sharp railroad spike through my lower lip.
Ok, maybe not. But that's what it felt like for a second
ANYway - I like the way it looks, and it's only a little sore now - and there isn't much swelling.
The Todd is very good at what he does! I reccomend him to anyone in the area looking for a piercer.
Whaddya guys think??
******
So yeah - in my quest to get myself into better shape, I've taken up hiking.
There's a place close by us called Runyon Canyon where a crapload of LA's fit people go - it has several different paths up and around the side of a small friggin MOUNTAIN. It's pretty funny because EVERY time we go I end up trudging up the steeper sections of the *easy* path - (this place has, I think, 3 ways up - hard, harder, and nightmare ) swearing and asking myself "WHY is it I'm doing this to myself again??"
Then we get about 3 quarters of the way up, and this is what you see:
....which makes at at least KINDA worth it.
What gets to me is these muscle toned, hard bodied people that actualy RUN. Up the side of a MOUNTAIN.
Every time I see one of them, I think "I really hate you." And I want to trip them.
But hell - that's what I'm THERE for, right?
Meh.
In other news, I'm really wanting a new tattoo. I just don't know what I want.
Sooo - if any of you guys come across any cool artwork or have any ideas, feel free to share

It looks sweet! I had my lower lip pierced and it was just sore as hell. Looks great though!

Hiking is a blast, but definitely a lung burster when doing ascents
