Hey y'all. Do something good with your money for once and help my friend Kathleen go on the Otesha Bike Tour 2007! A quick summary of what Otesha is from their website:
The Otesha Project's education programs and bicycle tours use theatre, multi-media, and storytelling to engage a wide range of audiences, and have reached over 60,000 people to date. Otesha's presentations focus on re-evaluating our daily choices to reflect the kind of future we'd like to see - rethinking what we really need, conserving resources, and voting with our dollars. We aim to demonstrate the positive effects our everyday choices can have, by living sustainably, changing the world, and having loads of fun--all at the same time!
I think there are a few donation options outside of credit cards, so don't be shy if you don't have one (though you must, if you have an SG membership, you dirty scoundrels). Click here to donate to Kathleen's Otesha fund.
In other news, I just tried to order a bunch of prints from an American print site that Twwly suggested, and after going through their entire process (which involved a lot of uploading and sorting and two computer crashes), I found out while finalizing my order that they don't ship to Canada. Thanks guys, thanks for nothing.
Anyone know of any good, primarily online, affordable, easy to use, high-quality print services that will ship to CANADA? Preferably IN Canada? Cherry suggested Lens&Shutter, but their online image service doesn't work for me... I'll play with it a bit but anyone know of any other options?
