A followup to last Friday's journal post - one thing I didn't mention in that post was that I'd placed a bid on another Clerk/Typist III position in another part of the department (and a different building). The position posting was closing that same day, and I didn't really expect it to go anywhere so I didn't think it was worth mentioning.

I interviewed for the position yesterday and got it. Now, is that the shortest job hunt ever or what?
