Hi babies! How are you?
The year is ticking by, September is there and it's a very important month. Here in Brazil is considered the month of prevention against suicide and we must all unite.
I have anxious depression and a lot of bad things have happened, but I try every day to be strong and help others, because I know how hard it is to get out of the hole.
So if you have or know someone who has or may have, attention, nothing is in our head and all help is welcome. The happiest person can be the one who suffers the most!
I am open to anyone who needs to vent. Kisses to all <3

My girl said we don't have PTSD Horses. We own two Therapeutic Riding Horses. And you didn't mention anything about. The heeling affect horses have on humans. And go back to that blog, and write down what I just said. Ok smart girl.

Like @kungfury and @xheartswornx said, being a loner can be difficult. Getting stuck in your own head, not being able to relate to others. Suicide awareness is such an important thing to mention these days. Even the rich and famous commit suicide. All those millions of dollars, beautiful women, fast cars, big houses and tons of friends could never save them. Because they didn't talk to anyone about the feelings. Male, female or anything else, we need to express suicidal thoughts and certainly utilize the suicide hotlines. Being admitted for psychological evaluations is not a fault, it's a strength. To admit fault, to embrace weakness, to not have to like you need to be the tough guy/girl all the time is an incredible strength of character to admit you can't do it all, and you do feel small sometimes. Again, great blog.
