Is there a fictional character (or characters, perhaps) that you can identify with?
From time to time I find that I identify with a character in a show or movie, but I don't think that I have one that's been ongoing. (I'll let you know when I see you next RadioFrank)
... what else would one use black and purple nail polish for besides ones nails, hmmm??
Very tediously painting other, larger things....or....Warhammer figures for those that are too cheap to get the proper paint....ahahahahaha
Would you mary me?
I think that I've previously stated my distaste for marriage....I would however accept cake in place of it
is that a question?
Yep, question mark and all
If a train leaves Montreal at 6am travelling west at 90km/h and another train leaves Toronto at 9am travelling east at 85 km/h, then what would be your all-time favourite video game?
That's rather rather difficult to answer....hrmmm...well based on the amount of times I've played a game...I'd have to say either Super Mario World, or Diablo 2. That's also based on the fact that I haven't gotten sick of either of those games.
If you went to a paralel universe and found Malice there or if you were just cloned and your clone had the aparent age of yours would you have sex with her (you) just to see how it is?
Probably. Then I'd kill her
So, if you were promised divine powers and knowladge but with the expense of loosing for ever all your memories without the possibility of ever getting them back, would you accept the gift?
If I no longer had to live in this world, then sure, why not. If I was stuck here however, it would hurt all the people that know me...so no...I wouldn't.
If you were about to be executed either by burned alive or eaten alive by wildboars wich one would you chose?
I think that being burned alive would put me into shock faster...so I'll take that one. (you really like your f-ed up questions don't you? )
If you could chose to get for free the best bike in the world or the best car in the world wich one would you chose? The answer "I'd buy the more expensive and then sell it to buy what I wanted" doesn't count. In a few words, bike or car? Wich one you prefare?
I'd take the best car. I can drive it year round and go a hell of a lot faster.
Would you rather be a horse or a lion?
I'd be a lion. I'd have a nice place at the top of the food chain Horses have to spend too much time with people usually...unless they're wild.
You mentioned going to Durham, so are you originally from somewhere east of Toronto?
I'm originally from Scarborough, and then moved to Whitby when I was in grade 4. I lived there until I was 19.
Where would you prefer to live, since you're not particularily happy where you are now?
Toronto. Closer to everything and everyone that I want to be around.
This brings me to the depressing shit...briefly...I don't have a job out here, and anything available to me is something dead end. I have next to no one out here (friend-wise). My car is broken, and I can't fix it, which now makes it hard to get to Toronto to see anybody.
I just don't feel that I have a lot to look forward to at the moment, and I don't have a lot of good things to say about what's going on in my life.
Oh, and I got called back to work at Cadbury again. Free chocolate, and money, but with the cost of a large amount of damage to my mental health, and no room to move up in life. I said no.
Update: I'm drinking a can of V8 juice. This is the most disgusting shit I've had in my entire life.
That is all
I know that lately I'm a little crabby about financial stuff, but I've been at the bottom rungs for like almost 4 years with only intermittent security. I'm not at a point where I'm finally moving up, but I'm a little impatient at this point.
I moved to Toronto with nothing pretty much. I ended up couch-surfing at a friend's place for almost a year (boy were those trying times). Turns out he became one of my best friends eventually so it is pretty cool. We talk about it like the good ol days now.
However, I was in college at the time. Had no job and only a student loan that didn't even cover all my tuition, let alone living expenses. I managed to make some money selling stuff and bugging what family I had left for some spare change. Eventually got a part time job and moved into my own apartment with a room-mate.. and have just been working up from there.
V8 juice is horrible. Truly vile.
Wish I could offer you some great advice or words of wisdom about your situation. I live about 5 times further away from Toronto than you do, and I don't have a car of my own, so travel there is very rare. But I understand the appeal of being in Toronto, especially now I'm meeting all these great people who live there. I'm on disability, so I don't have any money, or prospects of getting more money. So I understand feeling trapped both financially and geographically.
I would say that maybe righjt now you need to take any job you can, even if there's no chance of advancement. If only to keep the bills paid. Without trying to sound condescending, you're still young, so you have plenty of time to find a career.
Like I said, I wish I could offer you some brilliant advice.
