Well... Not that easy to pick one I gotta say. So I'll pick a funny one about my grampa.
He's my dad's dad and nana and him have always lived and still live in the same house as my parents. My older brother and I grew up with them and it was great :)
So, when I was about 15 and my grampa must have been around 65 he went - as usual - bavarian curling (I looked it up! It's really called like that...!) cause he's a typical bavarian grampa and does all those grampa stuff. When he came home he told us that he can't walk properly because he fell down on the ice. Nothing more nothing less. But on the next morning my granny called my dad hysterically to come down bc "his dad must be out of his mind!". Turned out grampa woke up with a very fat leg and he was about to leave the house to go to see the family doctor by bicycle. He told us "Arggh. It's not a big deal. Doc's gonna put on some ointment and wrap a gauze bandage around it! No need to freak out!".
My dad persuaded him to let him drive him there, but when the doc saw what his leg looked like he sent em to the hospital immediately because his leg was obviously broken. So my dad took him there, but grampa refused to get into a wheelchair still saying that "it's not broken!". In the end he was wrong as you can guess.
I love that story. It's a bit awkward but I love my hale typical bavarian granddad. He's always chill, hates hugs (but I hug him anyway!) and he's the manliest man I ever knew.
