My work day started out crappy... came in at 6:30am to find out that all of us supervisors have been downgraded from exempt status to hourly. We've recently had lay offs, and those employees who are still there, who are hourly, have all been knocked from 40 hours down to 35, and even then, we dont have enough work for them and send them home about 10 hours a week, unpaid. So now, it looks like they can do the same to me. Suck ass. I have too many bills right now, a crappy lil car to repair, and xmas/bdays just around the corner.

I hate looking for a new job. But damn, my cover letters are getting much better. Practice.. perfect... blargh
