My tattoo took about 5 hours on Friday, and is about the whole length of my torso. Kate was awesome. She has the lightest hand.. no bleeding.. and no peeling or scabbing. I'm considering having her do a pirate ship on the other side.



This convention wasn't as good as last August, however. I saw a lot more interesting artists then. We did see one or two local shops that we liked. Thinking about checking out the San Diego con at some point.

I hope you like somethin' over at Sailor's Grave, they've got a lot of what I think are some of the best bands around now and good people run it too. All I do is look for new music, so if you'd like some ideas on who to check out, let me know. I see from your favorites that we have some common ground, so hopefully I can recommend something you might like. Most of my favorite bands are long gone, but I might be able to recommend some of those for you too if you tell me what kind of stuff you're looking for right now.
