awesome weekend so far. my friend let me borrow his car yesterday so i could hang out on my own volition with some of my favorite people on the planet. the party was fun, although confusing. got some great news on future shows: Resa.P from traverse city invited the Electrik Villains to play at a 2-day hip-hop festival in t.c. during cherry festival weekend, july 13-14 i think, with the likes of Brother Ali, Frank n Dank & others. also i learned the phenomenal legendary GR band, The Space Brothers wants to gig with the EV crew.....RAWK!!! i didn't get to see grindhouse, but disturbia was tremendous cheesingly entertaining fare. the weather is the best.

kinda bummed for some reason though. don't know why i'm so morose in the midst of such an awesome weekend.....wait, i know why...... perfectionists are never completely satisfied....... i woke up tired with no company & i know i'm gonna have to go back to work to enjoy another week of carless frustration & inconvenience. anyway, time shut up & live.
