I still have no idea who might have done the damage. Possibly female as I don't know any guys who hold a grudge. Possibly a random punk. Anyways, I got my insurance to cover most of it but I still had to shell out $650 for the damage done to tire rods (potholes), have wheels balanced, new antenna, etc. Plus $250 for a rental car while my car was in. Not a happy camper.
