My sister was up this past weekend; it was nice to spend some time with her. I don't really see her much anymore, since I've moved out, and she's at college the majority of the time anyway. It was nice to spend some old-school (in the most literal sense of the phrase) time with her. We had some nostalgia time playing Resident Evil, saw Unleashed (pretty good movie, by the way), and made our usual inept but successsful attempt at cooking. All in all, good fun, hopefully I can get her to come back soon. She doesn't have a car, so it's a bit troublesome, but it's worth it to go pick her up. My parents don't really live that far away, after all.

This weekend will continue my uncharacteristic spate of excitement: the Dresden Dolls will be in DC at the 9:30 club, and then (staggeringly early) the next morning it's out to Frostburg for J's graduation... then New Orleans starting next week... Can you tell I'm a little future-focused just now? And maybe see why?
