I hope you are all well.

I've been chilling out in the sun for a few days! It's been really nice weather. I went for drinks with my friend Katie! We sat outside in the sun and drank cocktails all afternoon.






Unfortunately I had to get my vertical nipple piercing removed the other day, apparently it's pierced too deep so my piercer wanted to remove it as it would cause problems. He's going to redo it for free in 4 weeks time. I can't wait! It looks funny without the two piercings now!

I have started working out lately too! I've been doing 30 minute runs on the treadmill (I use a programme on the treadmill that makes you run for 2 minutes then jog quickly for 1, then back to running for 2, etc). I'm also doing a 6 week core Kettlebell DVD programme to tone up my tummy! I don't want to lose weight or anything, I just want to tone what I've got. I also want to get fit because I get tired out really easily!
