Coucou tout le monde !
This week's blog homework is about friends and the qualities we value in them, and I will try to do it as honestly as I can.
Indeed, one of the things I value the most in people I am close to is honesty. You can't build anything true with someone who isn't true themselves, that's why. I have suffered because of people not able to be true to themselves and to the others. I mean, how can you trust someone who is lying to you all the time? And trust between friends, or people we love in general, is important to me.
Also, I like kind people. That may look obvious or cliché but kindness is very important to me. I am someone who believes in people, and want good for people in general, and it is a value which is important to me. That's why I am not really interested in hanging with people who always say bad things about other people. I like to say to those people "understanding a little more, judging a little less".
Something else I really value is the sensitivity toward other people, the ability to imagine oneself at their place. In a word : not thinking only about oneself but being able to listen to others and understand them. It is really related to the previous point. Can't say I am never egoistic myself but I try to think about the others and what they can feel as much as I can.
Oh and I really love artsy people, because the ability to be moved by art is something I love to share ✨
In short, I really appreciate and admire friends who are kind, sensitive toward the world and toward other people, honest, trustful.
Here is an old pic of me and one of my best friends, who has every of these beautiful human qualities 🖤
I wish you all a beautiful WE!
