i have the worst back pain in the world...it started friday at work RIGHT after we opened so i went through the entire day in pain constantly standing...then it hurt all friday night all saturday and it got really bad saturday night.... i cry all the time it hurts so bad 
i take motrin all the time and use the icy hot patches.... i don't know what to do... if it gets really bad tonight im going to have to go to the er... and that would just suck!
i've been in bed all weekend and i colored in my care bears coloring box...thanks to the tax free week here in fla i got all new colors...120 different crayons, markers, colored pencils and other things.... ooo so happy...
anywho... today i laundry day... but i think i am just going to have to supervise at the laundry mat which sux b/c of my controlling attitude i like to take charge of everything.... if you want it done right....do it yourself...lol
i hope the man decides to clean today....

Sorry to hear about your back, have you tried wearing a back brace? sometimes the extra suport can do allot as well as back exercises.
