Uncommonly I am soliciting stories, or tips that might lead me to the best free Birthday meal giveaways around. (non meal giveaways are welcome too of course). A friend, wants to see if we can spend the whole day, gorged on food without paying a dime (although I would be mortified were I not allowed to tip). She (the afore mentioned friend) seems to think it easily doable, and I am inclined to agree, but if it;s to be done at all, well then it should most certainly be done right, non?
