I picked up a Fortune Magazine because, well half of my financial education comes from that. This month its all about people make tons of money flipping houses in hot cities. Appearantly the boom in CA caused people to speculate in other cities. Vegas had its day and waitresses would move there and flip two properties in a month. AZ...now Fortune says it is FL. One dude was saying it seems to be moving Eastward. Makes sense if its spawned by CA real estate speculators.
I'm gonna have a go at selling my place without a realtor for the first time. Planning to try to show for mem day. Just spackled...mmm..smells like model airplane glue....brings back nebulous memories of boyhood nirvana.

I'd totally buy a living space environment pod thingy. I'm flat hunting at the moment and it's a bitch. Unfortunately I'm looking for somewhere a bit closer to home, and my budget falls severely short of your asking price
