I want you to know I had books on garbage and pictures of garbage trucks before I got this job. I already had a mild obsession for garbage.
They have a killer compost program, and you can even buy biodegradable plastic bags, at Safeway (the green cans). I am now suitably impressed with them. Having compost and recycling reduces even more landfill.
