I have organised a gig all by myself for the first time!
Now that its all done I'm excited but the journey was very up and down...
Dealing with band managers sux! A lot of them asked for a minimum garuntee for the bands to be booked in which was around $1500 which i couldnt promise. It sux when bands don't even want to play unless they get heaps of money, i understand they want to make a living from their craft but it just seems like the passion for playing isn't there.
Anyway I have booked three really rad bands!
