Had dinner last night with Hollywood's "Gay Mafia". All the top top dawgs. The food was delicious. The drinks top-shelf. The conversation, riveting. Woke up with a nasty hangover. And for some reason, my ass is killing me. Hmmm?

Whew! Am I tired. Two full days in the desert. Coachella 2003. What a great weekend.

Fortunately, I was able to secure all access passes...'cause I got it like that...and stand ON STAGE with some of the best bands in music.

Just dropped Gramps at the train station. As always, I'm left with the same empty feeling that it may be the last time I ever see him. Thankfully, I left him smiling.

Got Gramps in town staying at my house. He's 88 years old. His wife of 55 years died three years back. He's got a synthetic hip. (Could you imagine anything more painful?) He's got arthritis in his shoulder and wrist. He's got no prostate, no bladder control, no choice but to wear Depenz. Yet I've never ever heard the man complain. Not once.
