Posts about food are good.

I'm making chicken stock right now. One carcass, one white onion, copious amounts of garlic, a bay leaf, oregano, cumin, pepper, celery salt. I'll add carrots and celery later. When that's all done, I think I'll cook some lentils in it and add the chicken meat and some tomatos, and have a lentil stew with some nice bread. And red wine. Speaking of which....
