That's probably someone trying to get into your account. As long as your e-mail is secure (make sure it is) you're fine. But if someone's got your e-mail details too they might be sneaking in and checking shit out.

yep- all in the email, have a think what computers you've used, including your main one, and think who else has access to them

the fact that a change was requested rather than just sneeky loggins in, probably rules out someone close to you key logging you- thankfully

so change the password of your email account before you do anything else
