Was awake most of last night as it sounds like racoons have got into the attic again and the dog was barking at them all night. Going to have to go get traps again.

Also taking the first batch of comics to be sold to my local store. I priced them out on a website and even with grading them low I am getting an estimate of a 650% increase in value over the cover price for this batch and most of them aren't popular titles/characters. I'll see what he offers but at least I have a ballpark figure to go by. My wife still doesn't believe I'm going to do this, barely believe it myself.

Well off to run errands and enjoy the weather while it lasts.
