Yes, that is in fact ACE hardware brand steel duct. My reason for using something so cheap: mandrel bent aluminum intercooler piping (what I should have used) would have run me about 100 bucks, grand total at ACE: $6.70. And it works about the same. I think I can deal with cheap for the time being.

Thats the way to go man, but I've seen things that are a little more ghetto though... my older brother is a mechanic and he's done some pretty crazy shit with cars & trucks, even still whatever gets the job done.
