Me and one of my roommates spent a couple hours up in the mountians today gathering firewood. We heat our house with a wood stove since gas is so expensive. All there is up there is pine but hey, it'll burn, right? We probably brought home about 650 lbs of wood, now we just need to split it and get it drying. Looks like we're going to be plenty warm this winter.

My 3DS Max copy went dead recently. I think the license was only for one year. Now I have to figure out how to hack into MY OWN computer so I can reinstall it. The security program has a couple entries in the registry that point to legacy drivers that I can't find. The registry entries can't be deleted either, even from safe mode. Maybe one of you other computer geeks could help me out here? (Scott?)

Anyway, before it died, I had almost finished my German 88 FLAK. The quality of the pics is really shitty this small, but I even have rivets and bolts over most of the gun.



The extent of my German assault group so far:



I plan to finish the 88 and clean up the Panther and the King Tiger and then model a couple puller half-tracks for the 88s. I want to add some FlakPanzer-IVs and some Stug-IVs also but I need to find blueprints for them first.

A side project is I want to model my car both as it is now and how I want it to be.
