We played in the St. Paul last night. According to the other bands we played very well. The guys running the show were a bunch of douche bags. Some big guy all tattooed up and on some crazy pissed off ego trip is not what i wanted to greet me after 6 hours of driving which caused one hell of a sun burn. Only got paid 20 dollars. Luckily money isn't my main intent of playing music. So we played well, got a good response..that equals a good show. The first band, great girls blouse, was good. Kind of like Geddy Lee as a woman mixed with folky guitar lines. Pretty unique sounding to say the least. The last band was your typical death metal, they played their instruments well but all in all lost it with originality points. Apparently the club we played at was probably not a good club to play in the twin cities. Xaqary showed up but sadly, i think he missed us. I hope something didn't come up that made him leave. Blah, oh well..I am tired. goodnight.
