So, I've been thinking about how my Catholic upbringing has conditioned me for certain odd things. Most of them I've managed to shake, but one habit I can't seem to replace is saying "bless you" when someone sneezes.
Maybe it's not just a Catholic thing, but it irks me. I mean, I guess I *feel* like I should say something, but the implied "God" just bugs me there. And isn't "gezundheit" just German for the same thing?
So, I propose coming up with replacement phrases. Any ideas?
