So my Instagram account is still very much shadowbanned despite many efforts. I went from having 100 to 300 likes a photo to if lucky 40.

My stories went from 500 roughly views to 80 or less. I don't even appear in hashtags anymore either.

I have over 5k followers and it just seems like it's for nothing if not even they can see my work.

I'm going to attempt not using my account or logging into it for 2 weeks. ( based on google suggestions ive seen) and see if that works at all. If that doesn't work idk what else will 😭.

Anyone else experienced this issue? Anything worked?
