I changed my password, but my ISP blocks SG password reset e-mails- so I couldn't get into my account.
Three days or so passed, and I hadn't heard back from SG, so I had to (briefly) open another account to talk to them. This was the "Tekite" account, which was active at most perhaps two hours on Monday.
Then SG fixed my problem, and put everything right. I'm actually very pleased with how they handled it- once I was able to make contact. My ISP is just stupid.
