Nothing like working like hell and finding out your coworkers well a couple of them, every chance they get throw you under the bus. Things use to be one big office and team, everyone got along. Now we have my team, works like hell and only asks for help if really needed. And the other team, cries all the time and if they do ANYTHING for the other team bitches and cries to there boss how they had to save the other team.... Amazing what one new boss can kill.
Hopefully your new bosses goal isn't intending to create a hostile work environment.
