OK I'm back from my San Antonio high school reunion and have recovered sufficiently enough to be able to post a bit about it.
Wow.
All I can say is wow!
It was a lot of fun, and the years melted away. Meaning, that it was like very little time had passed since we last saw one another. Old friendships were rekindled pretty quickly.
For those of you who are curious, I actually went to high school in the Philippines. My dad was career air force, which makes me a "Brat." (That's the term for military kids, eh?>
So we all shared the experience of going to school overseas.
We tend to pick 'party towns' for our reunions, since meeting in the Philippines is pretty impossible.

Where you off to next?
We went to a conference in Medicine Hat in Feb 2004 and ran in to an army brat waitress from Andover, about 8 miles away from the twon I live. It is a small world.
