Stolen from a friends thread, but you all are not friends of friends, and it seemed worthy of an update.

Why stressed? was asked:
Well, where to begin...
Big sw release that has me overworked.
Transmission kicked the bucket so I no longer have a car.
Every step I take toward eliminating debt seems to be two forward, one back.
I'm hoplessly single.
It doesn't look like I'm going to be able to swing burning man this year.
I seem to be finding my recreation suffers without my vices, but my health suffers with them...
Except for my fitness, where my goals seem too lofty, and attempting to acheive them isolates me from many things I enjoy.

I think that is a start, I wouldn't call it a good one, since I'm not particularly happy with them, but a start none the less.

According to the status email I sent to my manager, I did a lot today:
Analyzed perf results.
Got a permit sosin I can move my busted ride to the street.
Helped Ken to get db2 installed
Worked to track down the deadlocks and potentially tune the sql.
Got tattooed.
Cleaned up my DB server.
Built with latest changes off head
Setup to migrate latest data.
Went Bowling.
Wrote late status email.

i have a friend in the same situation, he bought a cat. ok ok im being a dick, but he really did and its made him loads happier biggrin i dont like that you feel alone. come to australia and be my friend! i may be coming to the states next june, im going to L.A to visit my best friend as hes leaving me soon with his band. breaks my heart. all my close friends are leaving. by january ill only have 2 left out of 9. i dont know what im going to do as my friends are my life, my family, and without them, im not sure who i will be frown guess we will see. anyways, sending you a smile, and one day, i WILL play twister with you. i wonder if there is virtual twister online?? confused
