So very definitive of my day today.
I am finally healthy. Well, at least up to 80%, another good nights sleep or two plus finishing my antibiotics should make that complete.
I had an awesome workout. I finally put up 225 (4 plates looks so damn cool), which is over 1.25 * my bodyweight. (my goal is 1.5 *)
I completed my taxes, and have written a check to the gub'ment. Those of you who have worked as an independent contractor know the pain of the Self Employment tax. I had about 600 saved going into february, which I figured was about 2/3 of what I would need since I worked 3 months as an independent contractor and 9 months as an employee. I was about 200 off (of what I needed) *shakes fist* so I barely had half.
I have laid out a plan to take advantage of my upcoming raise, as well as eyed the vacations through burning man Unfortunately, Montreal looks as though its going to squash my ability to go to PROM or to e3
So, yea, it's nice to not only enjoy let alone seize the day, but to truly be looking forward rather than looking back.
*Update*
R.I.P. Hunter, we are all better for having you around.
